Fibromyalgia sufferer
I've been suffering from fibromyalgia & joint hyper mobility for about 2 1/2yrs now. I previously lead a highly active lifestyle of flamenco, salsa dancing, sports including power walking. My career was energetic and hectic in hairdressing, fashion/textile designing and administration work. I was introduced to Lebed in May 2008 to help with my lymphatic system as it has a 15 minute Lymphatic workout to start with followed by various routines to choose from, lasting 2-5 mins each. I mainly use the leg stretches afterwards. If not suffering from too much fatigue I will have a go at the dance routine and the end as I LOVE dancing and this is the nearest I can get to doing some. With Lebed its done slowly which is perfect for fibromyalgia/joint hyper mobility suffers (joint hyper mobility feels like your joints are dislocating) as you can don't get tired out quickly and if you feel tired or feel pain then they tell you to stop. What's great about it is that you can do Lebed sitting down and still benefit from the movements. I can feel my lymph system clearing more whilst doing Lebed as in the morning when I first get up its at its worst re not moving much overnight it slows down causing lymph fluid building up around my neck, chest, shoulders and back making my body feel so stiff. After finishing I feel more comfortable and flexier which lifts my spirits up and you feel you can deal with the day ahead. I'm so glad I found Lebed.

Rheumatoid arthritis
Just thought I would share my little triumph with you Julia. I began training on the 1st and 2nd December, and during the week following I practised daily the opening lymphatic exercises, sometimes twice a day, and on the following Friday, the 7th December, I opened my bra while undressing, without thinking. I had actually put my hands round and unhooked it from the back. This was the first time I had been able to do so since I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis last April. Sounds like a small thing but to me it was a giant leap forward. I passed my exam on the 8th December, 2007 and I can still unhook it by myself.
